We look at patterns of thinking and behaving that are not serving you and explore ways to break those and do things that work. I join you on a journey of self-discovery! Together, we look at problems with objectivity and calm, and we find the solutions that are waiting to be found. I shine a light on who you really are, and I'm particularly interested in your strengths, qualities and what makes you, you. I structure our sessions to help you find answers, solutions, insights and perspectives. I offer you my warmth, empathy, coaching skills, knowledge of the human condition, experience and learnings. These aspects can be difficult to confront, but as I have witnessed and experienced, that confrontation leads to learning, growth, stepping into your authentic self and living life from your highest place of potential. Your feelings are a call to action - they mean that some aspects of your life need to be explored, accepted, healed or changed. You may be feeling stuck, anxious or stressed. Helping people move forward when they're feeling stuck, confused and anxious is my passion, and I absolutely adore the brilliance and usefulness of Coaching, which I combine with Mindfulness, a holistic approach and other therapeutic techniques, to help my clients live life from a more empowered and joyful place. I trained at a Coaching Centre of Excellence and I happily and continually study and research my crafts with further training and qualifications. I am a qualified Coach and Mindfulness Teacher with over 1,000 hours experience.
